Job Title: Senior Graphic Designer for AwfarMarket.com 

Job Description:

· Conceptualizes, designs, and executes print & related advertising and marketing collateral campaigns in appropriate formats and media from idea to completion for effective promotion of corporate image and programmatic initiatives

· Conceptualizes, strategizes, and develops corporate branding, rollout.

· Collaborates with Web designer to develop creative strategy, designs, and execute layouts to extend branding and programmatic marketing to an interactive audience

· Serves as a mentor to junior creative team members to ensure effective and seamless migration of brand to all internal and external audiences

· Directs photographers, photo shoots, and other specialized vendors, and meets with clients to understand and make recommendations on project parameters, goals, and tactics

· Design and produce marketing communications (print and digital) pieces for a wide variety.

· Mentor other staff designers

· Formulate basic layout design or presentation approach and specify material details, such as style and size of type, photographs, graphics, animation, video, and sound

· Present final layouts for approval.

· Review and approve art materials, copy materials, and proofs of printed copy developed by staff members

· Create custom illustrations or other graphic elements.

· Review illustrative material to determine if it conforms to standards and specifications.

· Attend photo shoots and printing sessions to ensure that the products needed are obtained.

· Research current trends and new technology, such as printing production techniques, computer software, and design trends.

· Mark up, paste, and complete layouts and write typography instructions to prepare materials for typesetting or printing.

· Conceptualize and help design interfaces for multimedia products, and devices.

Qualifications & Skills & Experience:

· Bachelor degree in marketing, business administration or any relevant degree.

· 4 – 6 years of experience in the same field including 2 years in the same position.

· English: Good

· Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe illustrator, Adobe InDesign.

· Professional user of MS. Office applications

· Adobe flash and Adobe after effect is preferable

· Strong interpersonal skills

· Ability to work under pressure
