Assure adherence to the receiving, storing and issuing according to the Standard Operating Procedures. •Issue & update Standard Operating Procedures whenever applying new systems and or in due time. •Manage workflow effectively, ensuring that productivity and quality standards are met or exceeded. •Provide training, development planning & support for subordinates. •Guarantee smooth operation and transaction on inventories within the Warehouse in co-ordination with Finance Reporting & Accounting Department (FR&A). •Quality Compliance and readiness for internal & external audits. •Ensure application of latest cGMP & HSE regulations in all Warehouse Units. •Improve WHS practices for quality, health & safety compliance, work with HSE management for safety improvement projects. •Manage warehouse re-innovations, equipment’s acquisition and capital projects. •Represent warehouse & inventory management subject matter expert. •Supports customers with high customer service & focus, lead the WHS team to meet appropriate goals for performance improvement.
Qualifications University degree, from 6 to 9 years of experience in warehouse, pharmaceutical or chemical background is preferred. computer skills: very good, Language skills: English, very good, preferable Ismailia resident.
