Apply network administration and application administration. Monitor security & back up procedure for all IT users. Update & maintain server. Manage and apply security policies for all company. Create E-mail addresses, users and access management. Install and provide employees with computers & laptops. Perform schedule back up of data on server. Install new servers. Respond and resolve technical Support requests for users via E-mail or phone. Keep inventory records for all IT system and update them. Keep records for all IT vendors and different IT PO & contracts. Keep records & monitor training plan for users & technical staff. Maintain current knowledge of the profession through written papers, presentation. Create and work instruction for IT activities. Assist in the installation of network equipments. Assist in evaluating, planning and determining new projects. Plan the hardware procurement process. Support & maintain company website and mail service Work with other IT team to resolve software problems
Qualifications University graduate, computer science is preferred.

Experience 3 - 5 Years.
Other Skills Ability to configure and troubleshoot window XP, Vista, 2004 server. Skilled in active directory, TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, server hardware & Network, troubleshoot, MS project, share point portal, SQL, ISA, Exchange & Linux.
