• Making materials analysis according customer’s specification • Checking the stock materials before purchase the new orders received • Raise Purchase orders from system ensuring timely placement and delivery of components in line With production planning requirement • Expedite and reschedule open purchase orders to suit production planning requirement • calculating Bill of Materials according to specification Received from Customer • Release Materials to the Production according to Bill of Materials needs • Follow up with purchasing department for in stock date for each item • Follow up with Logistic team will receive materials on time • Confirming the delivery date to sales department after review the material situation for the orders • Sending orders to production planning according to raw material situation
Qualifications 1. Fresh Graduate, Bachelor degree, or 1~2 years experience. 2. Communication skills. 3. Interpersonal skills. 4. Team player. 5. Committed. 6. Computer skills (word and excel). 7. Very good English Language. 8. Self-motivated. 9. Organized and ability to prioritize tasks. 10. Ability to work under pressure.
