Prepare new accounting list & approvals . Review the daily cash movements & approvals . Review the daily Journal Vouchers for all accountants ,purchasing & approvals. Review the cheques transactions & payables in proper timing. Review all accountants work & follow up (cash, treasury, banks ,payable , general..). Follow up the purchasing process . Follow up & handle fixed assets file . Check and approve transaction according to policies and procedures. Review the employee accounts and prepare the monthly report of salary deductions. Prepare and review the daily, monthly , quarterly and yearly taxation transaction and reports. Prepare the monthly cheques for salary tax and social insurance. Follow up the external audit requirement. Help the financial manager in determining the training needs and insurance portfolio. Responsible for all accounting documentations and correspondences . Responsible for review his subordinates performance and appraise them. Perform any other duties as assigned.
Qualifications University graduate, major accounting is a must . Post graduate studies or CMA is preferred. Very good command of English language. Computer skills, aware of financial applications
