•Provide customers - via phone, e-mail with all information inquired by them. •Provide customers with detailed vacation plans, either ready made packages or customized packages upon customer’s request. •Searching for Supplier’s best rate. •Negotiate customized packages with customers and finalize the offer after registering all related information in its quotation file. •Prepare all hotel reservation and follow up its time limit and cancellation policies. •Prepare all quotation related invoices and vouchers, then follow up with messengers’ coordinator, delivering the invoices and vouchers to companies and customers. •Coordinate with Aviation , Visa or any related section all reservation requests and follow up its time limit. *Receive and handle customers’ complaints and communicate with concerned related parties to maintain customer satisfaction.
Qualifications Previous Tourism Experience is an asset . Excellent Communication skills. Excellent negotiation skills. Excellent customer service
