1. Provide support for the implementation, maintenance, monitoring and documentation of the QA/QC programs for the Projects as per the Companys IMS and contract specifications. 2. Provide technical support to the Supervisor, Project Manager and guidance to site staff in submission of materials for approval, request for inspection, shop drawings, As-built drawings, and O & M manual. 3. Perform Site Visit for the project and Prepare monthly report reflecting work progress summary. 4. Coordinate Project Close-Out Procedures including manuals, warranties and As-built drawings. 5. Perform the Hand over progress in the end of the project and ensure that all works done as per the customer requirements. 6. Arrange In-hand project kick-off meeting with all related departments to assign responsibilities within the requirements. 7. Monitor and review the implementation of the IMS periodically to identify and implement improvements. 8. Assist in the preparation of technical submissions to the Client to eliminate ambiguities. 9. To ensure that the Project Quality Plan is adhered throughout. 10. To read and understand the Project Specifications/s and that all work is in compliance with approved drawings. 11. To raise and document site non-conformances and investigate the corrective action. 12. To document customer complaints. 13. To raise and implement Site Inspections and Test Plans for all activities in the Hospital and raise sheets with check lists. 14. To co-ordinate all site inspections and ensure that they are complete by the relevant personnel. 15. To maintain quality records in an orderly and easily accessible manner. 16. To ensure that incoming materials are adequately inspected and documented by the appropriate personnel.
