Support maintaining and improving the Quality Management System • Produce performance reports for the processes and the services • Support the internal and external audits • Prepare the Management Review Meeting agenda, points to be discussed, and the meeting minutes documents • Support other teams to take corrective/preventive actions for continual improvements for the IT services and processes (ITIL and Quality Management) • Documentation control (review, update, control) • Produce Service Management System (SMS) KPIs reports • Produce the QMS KPIs reports • Produce supplier monitoring reports, customer complaint reports, and customer satisfaction reports • Support the preparation of awareness program, conduct awareness sessions • Follow the ISMS policies, procedures and all other ISMS requirements • Support maintaining and improving the SMS
Qualifications - Bachelors degree in computer science or equivalent - Experience with IT equipment and systems. - Systems administration skills and ITIL training - Experience with Microsoft systems, Cisco, VMware - Knowledge of quality management systems - Willing to work overtime and long hours on occasion “Hard Worker” - Excellent problem solving skills - Strong presentation skills - Strong Team Player with solid interpersonal skills - Time management skills
