Main responsibilities: Gathering requirements of PRS/Valve room, Communication infrastructure, Required SCADA system from Technical affairs, Operation to define technical details of the PRS/VR, site location topology, Communication network provider situation, PLC hardware, communication drivers, required HMI. Analyze the collected requirements to obtain: the technical specification for the control system of the PRS/VR, define the communication medium for connecting the PRS/VR with the Central control room, define the tools and techniques needed to develop a solution for the problem. Define the Specification for the: local control room of the PRS/VR, the communication network between Local control room and central control room, SCADA screens, database structure, the field and parameters of the solution to meet requirements Specification. Studying the proposed offers from the suppliers to validate the proposals with technical specification requirements.
Qualifications Msc. Of Engineering – Electric or Communication with 2 to 4 years experience
