Description - Overall supervision of joinery & interior fit-out works during production & installation processes from commencement of production to end finish products. - Solid previous aluminum, steel and wood manufacturing experience. - Must have extensive solid works experience in preparation of drawing package submittals for Engineering review and stamps, start from design, development, modeling and shop drawings including detailed assembly and sub assembly drawings, final product assembly and installation drawings as well as maintain and update As Built. - Profession in using appropriate software such CAD & presentation software (Photoshop & 3Dmax..etc). - Create bill of material, detailed instructions for manufacturing process of new part, specification for packaging, external supplier specification to provide standard cost structure and instructions for manufacturing. - Schedule and monitor program activity to achieve an on-time result including follow-up with external suppliers to ensure timely response to action items. - Technical specification review and resolution. - Coordinate the collection and dissemination of technical information between/within the company and customer. - Prepare timescales and milestones scheduling and selection of sub-contractors. - Resource management related to materials, equipment and manpower.
Qualifications - Bachelor degree in architecture/interior design or applied arts (furniture section). - Must have experience from 2:8 years as a Site Engineer in WOOD Industry & WOOD works installations & furniture. - Ability to manage several projects simultaneously & must be EXTREMELY ORGANIZED and maintain organized drawing file system. - Manage time and projects to achieve time sensitive deadlines. - MUST be available when projects require extra time.
