Description - Manage construction progress and schedule performance and investigate reasons for less than satisfactory performance. - Monitor and report to PMO of project details, including progress, risks and opportunities in a timely manner. - Setting out the works in accordance with the approved & final project documents. - Checking materials and work in progress for compliance with the specified requirements. - Resolving technical issues with all involved parties including and not limited to; suppliers, subcontractors and statutory authorities..etc. - Liaising with the head quarter to ensure that purchase orders adequately define the specified requirements. - Supervising all site staff including Site Foreman, Direct Labor and Subcontractors. - Providing data in respect of variation orders and site instructions. - Preparing record drawings, technical reports, site diary. - Job review of subordinate staff. - Observance of safety requirements. - Maintain good relations with all involved parties.
Qualifications - Bachelor engineering degree in Architecture with experience from 2:8 working years. - Proven working experience in construction sites & high end finishes. - Knowledge of construction management processes, means and methods. - Good knowledge of building products, construction details and relevant rules, regulations and quality standards. - Familiarity with construction software packages. - Ability to plan and see the big picture. - Leadership skills. - Owning private car (preferable). - Good command (verbal & written) of English language. - Develops and maintains cooperative and professional relationships. - Ability to communicate ideas effectively, including the preparation of reports and logs.
