Description Creating a database with all customers, either the ones who are interested and intending to buy or the ones who just seek information. Supporting the sales force with general operations to help reach the teams objectives. Communicating internally important feedback from customers Processing a high volume of product orders. Processing invoices for all sales transactions Checking prices and contracts are up to date. Reporting monthly sales results to the sales team. Contact clients to obtain missing information or answer queries Liaise with the Logistics department to ensure timely deliveries Maintain and update sales and customer records Develop monthly sales reports Communicate important feedback from customers internally
