Description Job Purpose :
responsible to Review, analyse, provide advice and recommendations related to all commercial/economic evaluations in Egypt Operations by taking into considerations present and future oil & gas demand scenarios as well as historical trending for the resolutions of commercial terms and conditions to ensure all commercial arrangement matters are in line with PDP International�s aspirations to achieve maximum value in all of the company ventures
Job Description :
Undertake economic evaluations for existing concession through analyzing commercial viability by considering risk
Interpret fiscal/commercial terms for upstream and downstream agreements in Egypt such as WDDM Concession Agreement Gas Sales Agreement, LNG Sales Purchase Agreement and Gas Processing Agreement
Gather all technical, fiscal, techno/commercial and economic assumption inputs
Conduct and handle data analysis in liaison work with host government and other PETRONAS business units
Provide advice on strategy related matters through participation as a task force member
Lead the implementation of Enterprise Risk Management to pre-empt and unravel potential risk threats
Facilitate and review relevant risk registers and indicators regularly
Establish and facilitate the implementation of business continuity management framework & guidelines
Qualifications • Degree in Petroleum Engineering/Business Planning or other engineering related fields. • Knowledge in Economics, Finance or Accounting is an added advantage. • 3-5 years experience in oil and gas industry will be an added advantage.
