Description Public Area: Oversee the installation, operation, maintenance or repair of water network, sewage network, irrigation water network, and fire fighting network. 1. Inspects construction site to monitor progress and ensure conformance to engineering plans, specifications, construction and safety standards. 2. Assist in the implementation of maintenance according to the time, Quality and budget constraints. 3. Service Delivered and cost effectiveness ensuring that procedures are being followed. 4. Supervises professional, technical and support staff on a day-to-day or project basis, including determining workloads and schedules, developing, implementing and interpreting policies and procedures. 5. Assist in Determining work order requirements, quotations and assign staff 6. Monitor and review plans, specifications and calculations and financial plan and give technical advice on corrective actions 7. Track milestones and timelines ensuring that the time frame is met. 8. Responsible for controlling the financial performance of projects and develop the quotation sheet for the different work orders as well as preparing site quotations. 9. Assigns work, evaluate and train Subordinates 10. Make a regular report for the maintenance required concluding the following subjects: a. Materials status. b. work order opened and its completion percentage and if it is behind or ahead schedules c. Financial report for the sites cost.
