Description Support LANs, WANs, network segments, Internet, and internet systems.
Maintain system efficiency.
Troubleshoot problems reported by users.
Make recommendations for future upgrades.
Maintain network and system security.

and OU structure.
provided technical support for hardware/software configurations and
applications.

Installed and configured an Active Directory Domain Controller.
Diagnosed and resolved issues related to masters role failure and
AD database.
Monitor and administer (Domain Controller, DNS, and DHCP).
Hardware / software configuration (Servers, PCs, Switches, Access Points, Routers,
Firewalls and Storage System).
Managing and configuring mail accounts (POP3,IMAP)
Managed group policy objects (GPOs) throughout the active directory documentation
of systems and environment.
Support users on OS, MS office, outlook and other application and software.
Repair the devices, formatting and troubleshooting.
Analyzing and presenting hardware and software problem solutions.
Installation new devices computer,laptops,printers, scanners etc.
Managing and configure access points and adsl routers .
Qualifications Bachelors Degree in Information Systems, computer science ,or related field 3 years of relevant technical experience certified by CCNA ,MCSA
