Description 1.Gather project requirements from various stakeholders
Communicate with the business stakeholders and customers to determine their Business/System needs and requirements and 2.convert these requirements into processes & systems designs that can then be taken up by the development team.
3.Deliver supporting project artifacts including functional requirements, use cases, business process models and business requirements documentations.
4.Suggest logical and innovative solutions to complex problems and recommend a solution according to its suitability from the business and technical point of view
5.Develop and maintain end user training documentations and deliver training if required.
6.Identify test scenarios and test cases to ensure the system quality.
7.Collaborate with development teams and business project stakeholders to perform system, acceptance and regression testing.
8.Generate UML or appropriate models for software and perform subsequent documentation for finished systems.
Qualifications 1.Minimum 3 years of experience in business analysis & software field. 2.Knowledge of project management principles, practices, techniques, and tools. 3.Familiar with agile methodology approach. Background in UML or any similar tool/s is a plus.
