Description -Handles all Event Management
-Responsible for daily follow up for internal services of the company
-Responsible for suppliers correspondences
-Creating and maintaining filing systems
-Dealing with telephone and email enquiries
-Keeping diaries and making appointments for staff
-Arranging meetings and taking minutes
-Type and word-process various documents and electronic information.
-Manage, organize, and update relevant data using database applications.
-Interpret instructions and issues arising, and then implement actions according to administrative policies and procedures.
-Responsible for all administrative Tasks.
-Any other assigned tasks
