Description - Handling all the companys listing and reporting requirements.
- Managing the ongoing communications, requests and the relationships with the EGX, EFSA and MCDR.
- Handling shareholders inquiries and complains.
- Writing of all Arabic press releases, earnings releases and any correspondences to the EGX, EFSA and MCDR.
- Support other team members in the annual and regular reports by preparing and analyzing various data related to shareholders structures and other requirements for the corporate governance section.
- Support the IR team and other functions (Board of Directors, Executive Management, legal dep., treasury and finance team) on matters relating to the EGX, EFSA and MCDRs rules and regulations.
- Maintain key corporate documents and records.
Qualifications - Bachelor degree from an accredited university. - 5 to 8 years of experience in a relative field. - Excellent command of both English and Arabic languages. - Excellent communication skills. - Well Organized. - Good knowledge of financial analysis.
