Description - Installing machines (large format printers, heat presses...etc) and perform maintenance and service.
- Research, troubleshoot and identify solutions to resolve customer issues.
- Provide quick and accurate feedback to customers.
- Achieve customer satisfaction through supplying services before and after the sale and giving technical advice and carry out inspection, installation, training and maintenance and repair efficiently and effectively.
Qualifications - BS. Mechanical or mechatronics. - 2-4 years of experience - experience in printing solutions and machines is most preferred
