Description - Handle all cash box transactions (cash payments/cash collections)
- Print All checks - Hand over it to Vendors
- Handle all trading issues
- Assist in all tax returns preparations (Monthly - Quarterly - Yearly )
- Responsible for bank correspondence , hand over and deliver & receive bank documents
- Recording and follow up all Custodies transactions + Claims + traveling expenses are his own responsibilities
- Resolves collections by examining customer payment plans, payment history, coordinating contact with collections department.
- Maintain Well organized Archiving system
- Assist in AX ERP system data entry
Qualifications 3 to 5 years experience in the same Position

Education major Accounting
Experience 3 - 5 Years.
Other Skills - Bachelor of Accounting - MS Office - MS Windows - Strong Knowledge (ERP)
