This role requires a strategic thinker and proactive leader to enhance our HR department’s efficiency and support the company’s growth goals. The ideal candidate will play a key role in building a positive company culture and developing a strong, talented workforce.
Key Responsibilities:
• HR Strategy & Planning: Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company’s objectives, ensuring effective workforce planning and talent management.
• Recruitment & Onboarding: Lead the recruitment process, including job posting, candidate selection, and onboarding, ensuring an excellent experience for new hires.
• Employee Relations: Foster a positive working environment, mediate employee relations issues, and implement conflict resolution strategies.
• Performance Management: Design and manage a performance review system that drives high performance, identifies training needs, and supports professional growth.
• Policy Development & Compliance: Ensure company HR policies comply with legal standards and industry best practices. Update policies as needed and communicate them effectively.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Master’s degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is preferred.
• 5+ years of HR experience, including 2+ years in a managerial role.
• Comprehensive knowledge of employment law, HR best practices, and policy creation.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
• Proven experience in conflict resolution, employee engagement, and performance management.
