- Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of banking accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and long-term relationships.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets.
- Identify new business opportunities and work to expand the customer base.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of projects and solutions to clients.
- Provide excellent customer service to address inquiries and solve problems promptly.
*Requirements:*
- Proven work experience as a Sales Account Manager or Sales Account Executive.
- Hands-on experience in sales with a track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office (with strong skills in MS Excel).
- Solid understanding of sales performance metrics.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage projects efficiently and meet deadlines.
- Strong business acumen with a problem-solving mindset.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
