We are seeking an experienced Mass Hiring Recruitment Team Lead to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in leading high-volume recruitment campaigns, particularly in an outsourcing agency environment. This role requires excellent leadership, communication, and strategic planning skills to manage large-scale hiring projects effectively.
Job Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and oversee end-to-end mass hiring campaigns for clients.
Lead and mentor a team of recruiters, ensuring KPIs and deadlines are met.
Collaborate with clients to understand hiring requirements and customize recruitment strategies.
Develop innovative sourcing methods to attract top talent in a competitive market.
Monitor and report on hiring metrics, ensuring continuous process improvement.
Stay updated on industry trends and labor market conditions.
Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
Minimum 5+ years of experience in mass hiring, with at least 2 years in a leadership role within an outsourcing agency.
Strong knowledge of recruitment tools, platforms, and best practices.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
