We are currently seeking a highly motivated experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team on a temporary 6 months contract, with the potential for extension upon performance review. Managing the full cycle recruitment process for mass hiring initiatives, including sourcing, screening, interviewing and onboarding candidates.
Qualifications
- University graduates
- fluency in English is a must
- Minimum of 6 months in mass hiring experience is mandatory.
- Preferred background: ex-call center agents or similar high volume recruitment experience.
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
