We are looking for a Technical Support Engineer to join our team.
Job Responsibilities:
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for automotive systems and equipment.
• Conduct diagnostics and resolve technical issues efficiently.
• Collaborate with other departments to enhance technical processes.
• Maintain documentation for support activities and repairs.
Requirements:
• A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
•A certificate in MCSA or MCSE is a Must .
• Proven experience in technical support or a similar role.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Knowledge of automotive systems is a plus.
Location: Sheraton📍
Work Hours: From 9 am to 5 pm
