Company Description

IVCC Contracting Company is a leading construction company in Cairo, Egypt, with over 33 years of experience. The company specializes in construction, maintenance, and residential, commercial, administrative and service development.

Key Responsibilities:

Preparing monthly and annual financial reports and cost analysis.
Following up on project accounts and ensuring that costs are accurately distributed to each project.
Managing invoices and financial extracts for clients and suppliers and ensuring the accuracy of financial data.
Following up on cash and bank payments and preparing periodic bank reconciliations.
Preparing and reviewing estimated budgets for projects and monitoring compliance with them.
Coordinating with various departments such as purchasing and warehouses to control financial costs.
Following up on contracts and tenders to ensure the correct financial terms are applied.
Preparing and submitting tax reports (value added tax, deduction and addition, etc.).
Working on improving accounting processes in accordance with accounting standards and local and international regulations.
Ensuring timely bank payments
Recording and analyzing daily financial transactions and preparing accounting entries.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
At least 2 years of experience in contracting companies is required
Excellent knowledge of accounting regulations and procedures including generally accepted accounting principles
Hands-on experience in accounting software such as Odoo
Advanced skills in using Microsoft Excel including searches
Experience in general ledger
Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills
