Job Summary:
As an Accountant, you will play a vital role in ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance. You will support the finance team with day-to-day accounting tasks, assist in preparing financial statements, and work closely with other departments to maintain financial accuracy.
Job Responsibilities:
- Accounts Maintenance: Record, classify, and summarize financial transactions accurately in the accounting system.
Financial Reporting: Assist in the preparation of financial statements and ensure timely reporting.
- Reconciliations: Conduct bank and account reconciliations to verify the accuracy of financial data.
- Payroll Support: Assist with payroll calculations and related financial operations.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with financial regulations, company policies, and internal controls.
- Tax Filings: Support tax filings and statutory compliance.
- Data Management: Maintain and update financial records in the company's accounting systems.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in accounting or a related role.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks) and Microsoft Excel.
- Good to Very Good in English.
- Attention to detail, strong analytical abilities, and excellent organizational skills.
- CMA or CPA (preferred but not required).
