Position: Talent Acquisition Specialist
Role Description:
Join us in El Sadat City for a full-time on-site role as a Talent Acquisition Specialist. Your responsibilities will include full-life cycle recruiting, hiring, employer branding, conducting interviews, and other recruitment activities aimed at attracting and retaining top talent for our organization.
Qualifications:
- 3 to 5 years of experience in full-life cycle recruiting and hiring
- Proficient in employer branding and interview techniques
- Ability to identify and attract top talent
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of recruitment best practices
- Experience in the food manufacturing industry is a bonus
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- Proven experience in Manufacturing is essential, with FMCG background preferred
- Previous experience in hiring BC & WC is required
