Senior AP Accountant At AKL Auto

 AKL Auto feeding Industries is looking for a Senior Accounts Payable (AP) Accountant:

The main purpose of the job:

Manage the full-cycle accounts payable process for the company, ensuring accurate, timely processing of vendor invoices and payments while maintaining efficient financial operations. Handle issues, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

· Process and review invoices for accuracy, and compliance with company policies.
· Oversee the payment processes, ensuring that payments are made timely and accurately.
· Reconcile accounts payable ledger and resolve differences.
· Monitor and report on cost trends, providing actionable recommendations.
· Prepare monthly AP reports and assist with period-end closing.
· Liaise with vendors and internal teams to resolve payment-related issues.
· Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and company policies.
· Mentor and guide AP staff, offering training and support as needed.
· Assist in the preparation of financial statements and audits.
· Implement process improvements to enhance AP efficiency and accuracy.
· Stay current with any changes in regulations that could affect AP operations.
· Prepare and follow up for (LC) & (DC).
· Responsible for the full-cycle foreign procurement process, including communication and coordination with the procurement department, banks, and customs for smooth execution and clearing, including preparing and managing the associated costs.

Job Specification:

· Bachelor's degree in Accounting & Finance degree.
· Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounts payable, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
· Proficiency in ERP systems (Oracle, SAP, or similar), MS Excel, and other Microsoft Office tools.
· Strong knowledge of accounts payable processes and financial reporting.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
· Excellent communication and team collaboration skills.
· Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
· Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
· Strong understanding of relevant financial regulations and tax laws.

Mansoura Factory.

Work style:
· Full-time
· 8 hours per day
