ADI Microfinance (ADIB subsidiary) is currently seeking a “Accounts Payable” to join our team in finance department.Job Location: Misr El Gedida
Job_Description:
· • Process and review incoming vendor invoices, ensuring they are accurate and in compliance with company policies.
· Verify that all invoices match purchase orders and receipts, and resolve any discrepancies.
· Prepare and process payments to vendors on time, ensuring compliance with payment terms.
· Maintain organized records of all accounts payable transactions, both electronically and physically. Respond to vendor inquiries, addressing payment status and resolving any billing discrepancies.
· Assist in the preparation of accounts payable reports and monthly financial statements.
· Assist with month-end closing procedures by ensuring all accounts payable transactions are accurately recorded.
· Collaborate with other departments (e.g., procurement, purchasing) to ensure the smooth flow of the accounts payable process.
Ensure compliance with tax regulations related to vendor payments.
Requirements:
· Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
· Proven experience as an accounts payable clerk or accountant (0-1 years preferred).
