NOK Human Capital is partnering with one of the biggest multinational E-commerce companies to hire a Merchant Category Manager with Account Management experience to join their dynamic team in New Cairo.
🛒 What You’ll Be Doing:
As a Merchant Category Manager, you'll play a vital role in shaping the Everyday category by:
- Defining and executing category strategy to drive seller growth and program performance.
- Identifying, acquiring, and nurturing Sellers to adopt features and services that boost their success.
- Tracking performance metrics to guide initiatives and uncover new opportunities.
- Gaining deep insights into the competitive e-commerce landscape.
- Building strong relationships with Sellers and delivering tailored solutions.
- Analyzing customer data to maximize category potential.
- Preparing insightful business reviews to report progress and health of the category.
