- Evaluate contractor's monthly interim payment applications and consultants.
- Measure and assist clients’ variations to the construction works and contractor's claims for changes.
- Identify areas of concern and assess their potential impact on the project budget.
- Prepare progress valuations in terms of interim monthly and final payments to contractors.
- Evaluate changes and provide recommendations on the impact of the changes/variations.
- Liaise with clients during the contract phase and collaborate with the design team post-contract.
- Perform take-offs for material procurement, negotiate and award sub-contracts.
- Prepare and submit interim valuations and site measurement.
- Handle agreement and certification of sub-contractors’ interim valuations and final accounts.
- Prepare and issue sub-contract and material supply inquiries and assess the quotations upon receipt.
- Handle pricing of excavations, concrete, brickwork, woodwork, roof tiling, external render, drainage, external works, and minor landscaping.
- Handle procurement process and agreement of contractors and subcontractors involved in project construction.
- Estimate the quantity and costs of materials, especially concrete works.
