Salary:

8000 to 10000 EGP Per Month, Based on experience + Monthly KPI bonus

Responsibilities:

• Manage the full accounting cycle (Daily entries, posting, and closing)
• Handle Accounts Receivable (AR) and follow up on customer payments
• Handle Accounts Payable (AP), including supplier payments and reconciliation
• Prepare and manage invoices, receipts, and supporting documents
• Maintain accurate accounting records and filing system
• Perform bank reconciliation and cash flow tracking
• Prepare monthly financial reports and support management reporting
• Coordinate with operations & sales teams regarding bookings, collections, and supplier settlements
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and proper documentation

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in accounting, preferably within the travel and tourism industry.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
• Experience in preparing VAT reports and supporting documents for VAT filing (VAT knowledge is a must)
• Proficiency in accounting software (Zoho Books and QuickBooks) and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
• Good English level (written and spoken)
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
• High level of integrity and commitment to maintaining c
