Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to property owners using a provided dialer
• Follow a clear script while keeping conversations natural
• Ask questions to understand the seller’s situation
• Qualify interest and pass strong leads to the acquisitions team
• Log call outcomes and notes accurately in our CRM
• Maintain consistent activity during scheduled hours

Job Requirements

• Strong spoken English and confident phone communication
• Prior cold calling, telemarketing, or call center experience preferred
• Comfortable speaking with US based contacts
• Able to handle rejection and stay consistent
• Reliable internet connection, headset, and quiet workspace
• Organized, dependable, and coachable
