Job Description

• Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for both mobile and web applications, ensuring a seamless and engaging user experience.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business goals into effective design solutions.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to communicate design concepts and user flows.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to iterate and refine designs based on user needs and business objectives.
• Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and UI pattern libraries to ensure consistency across all digital products.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously enhance design quality.
• Present design ideas and concepts to internal teams and clients, articulating design rationale and user-centered thinking.
• Work with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs and provide guidance throughout the development lifecycle.
• Analyze user data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize user journeys.
• Ensure all designs adhere to accessibility standards and deliver inclusive experiences for all users.

Job Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in UI/UX design for both mobile and web platforms.
• Proven track record of delivering user-centered design solutions that meet business objectives.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of UI/UX projects, including mobile and web applications.
• Proficiency in industry-standard design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, usability, and accessibility standards.
• Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and translating insights into actionable design improvements.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present and justify design decisions.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and a passion for creating high-quality, polished user interfaces.
