Job Description – Customer Service Specialist (Remote)
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries professionally via phone, email, and WhatsApp.
- Receive, process, and follow up on customer requests, quotations, and complaints.
- Coordinate with laboratory sections to track sample status and turnaround times.
- Support sales and operations teams by providing customer-related data.
- Update customer information and job status in CRM/LIMS systems.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Science (Chemistry, Microbiology, Food Science, or related field preferred).
- Very good command of English (spoken and written) – mandatory.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Strong communication, organizational, and follow-up skills.
- Computer proficiency (MS Office; experience with CRM is a plus).
