Key Responsibilities:
- Work within different CAD software to prepare digital dental cases:
- Perform interdental and space blocking
- Define and adjust trimlines
- Add fixtures as needed per case specifications
- Assign cases accurately to the appropriate production facilities
- Use Excel spreadsheets for tracking and updating case data
- Input and manage production data in MES (Manufacturing Execution System)
- Interpret and verify technical and spatial data to ensure high-quality output
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate case handling
- Ensure compliance with internal protocols and quality standards
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, basic formulas, data handling)
- Excellent in English skills
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to interpret technical data accurately
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication skills and a collaborative mindset
- Background in dental technology, digital orthodontics, or similar field is a plus
