16000 To 16000 EGP Per Month, - Attendance & Behavior Bonus: EGP 12,000 Each Quarter. - Aggressive Commission Structure: Average Earnings Of EGP 20,000 Per Month (Uncapped)

Key Responsibilities: 

•  Handle inbound calls from members and non-members with professionalism and enthusiasm.
• Engage customers by highlighting the benefits of Holiday Inn Club Vacations’ special vacation packages.
• Build rapport quickly and use persuasive communication to convert inquiries into sales.
• Identify customer needs and tailor vacation package options accordingly.
• Consistently meet and exceed individual and team sales targets.
• Maintain high standards of attendance, punctuality, and professional behavior.
• Stay up-to-date on promotions, offers, and product knowledge to provide the best experience.

Job Requirements
Qualifications & Skills: 

• Previous experience in sales or Telesales, for at least 6 months
• Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Customer-focused with a positive and professional attitude.
• Resilient, self-motivated, and goal-oriented.
• Fluency in English (spoken and written). (C1 level)
• Average age min 18 - 35 max.
• Must have a high school diploma or General Educational Development certification.
• Preferably a college graduate
