Key Responsibilities
The HR Assistant key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Recruitment & Onboarding: Assist with job postings, resume screening, and interview scheduling. Prepare new hire paperwork and coordinate orientation sessions to ensure a welcoming and seamless onboarding experience.
Records Management: Maintain and update confidential employee files and HR databases with a high degree of accuracy. Audit records regularly to ensure updates and compliance.
Employee Support: Serve as a point of contact for employee questions regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures, providing timely and accurate information.
HR Administration: Provide general administrative support, including preparing reports, managing correspondence, scheduling meetings and interviews.
Compliance: Assist with tasks related to employment law compliances.
Research & Analysis: Analyses trends in compensation and benefits; researches and proposes competitive base and incentive pay programmes to ensure the organisation attracts and retains top talents. Conduct annual remuneration and benefit surveys and reviews.
New Hire Support: Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing new hire paperwork, coordinating orientation sessions, and updating employee handbooks
Staff Exit Support: Coordinate employee terminations, including exit interviews, retrieval of company property, updating employee records and notifying key staff members (IT, database manager, payroll department, etc)

- 1-3 years’ experience in an HR administrative capacity.
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferable.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- English language proficiency is a must
- University graduate.
- HR Diploma
- Excellent organisational and planning skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive information with strict confidentiality and discretion.
- A proactive attitude with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
