Job Description
  • The HR recruiter is a pivotal member of the human resources department, responsible for managing the entire recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding. The primary objective of this role is to identify, attract, and hire top-tier talent that aligns with the organization’s strategic goals and cultural values. A successful recruiter acts as a brand ambassador, ensuring a seamless and professional experience for every candidate while collaborating closely with hiring managers to fulfill staffing needs efficiently.
Sourcing & Attraction
  • Identifying potential candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Wuzzuf, social media, and professional networks to build a diverse talent pool.
Screening & Assessment
  • Conducting thorough resume reviews, initial phone screenings, and competency-based interviews to evaluate candidate fit and technical proficiency.
Stakeholder Collaboration
  • Partnering with department heads to define job specifications, provide regular recruitment progress reports, and align on hiring priorities.
Process Management
  • Managing the end-to-end recruitment workflow, including job postings, interview scheduling, background verification, and offer negotiations.
Employer Branding
  • Representing the organization at career fairs, networking events, and online platforms to promote the company as an employer of choice.
Job Requirements
Educational Background
  • A bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field is mandatory.
Professional Experience
