About the job
Job Purpose:
To support the development and implementation of sustainability and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) strategies and initiatives across Hassan Allam Holding and its subsidiaries, ensuring measurable environmental and social impact, strong stakeholder engagement, and alignment with national priorities and international ESG frameworks.
Tasks, Roles & Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning, preparing and executing CSR and sustainability initiatives.
- Coordinate with subsidiaries to gather data on social, environmental, and community impact.
- Identify, research, and contact potential CSR partners such as corporations, banks, foundations, or NGOs.
- Support the preparation of sustainability and CSR reports and communications.
- Monitor and track CSR KPIs and ESG performance indicators.
- Conduct social impact assessments for projects and community investments.
- Contribute to internal sustainability awareness campaigns and employee engagement programs.
- Coordinate logistics and communications related to the department’s events, workshops and volunteering activities
- Maintain documentation for ESG disclosures and ratings.
- Support benchmarking and alignment with international sustainability and CSR best practices.
Minimum Qualification & Requirements:
- Proven experience in managing CSR programs, stakeholder engagement, or social impact measurement.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills in Arabic and English.
- Experience in the construction, investment, or development sector is preferred.
- Experience working on Gender empowerment initiatives is an advantage, Familiarity with sustainability reporting and ESG disclosures is an advantage.
Bachelor or above Degree in Environmental Studies, Sustainability, Business Administration, Political or Social Sciences, Development Studies or a related field.
