Develop and maintain annual corporate risk assessment, setting up annual corporate audit plan and audit priorities schedule. Perform risk assessment within the organization to facilitate the determination of priorities of audit areas; determine the audit scope & objectives. Conduct an independent appraisal of compliance and effectiveness of the policies, procedures and standards, determine the extent of such compliance. Perform key risk management functions, identifying new areas of risk to the business and recommending solutions. Execute audits by gathering, documenting and analyzing information and evidence on the existence of risks and the effectiveness of control measures. Conduct audits independently and ensure all policies and procedures are strictly followed and exceptions properly approved. Identify areas of exposure and weakness with recommendation for preventive rectification and prepare the periodic internal audit reports. Use data analytics to identify potential operational efficiencies and cost-saving opportunities. Develop creative and practical agreed actions with management buy-in to resolve audit issues identified which can be scaled with company growth . Following up on recommendations to ensure that preventive actions have been applied.
Qualifications Bachelor degree in commerce - preferable accounting English section
