Maintain and Monitor servers, routers, switches, firewalls, IP phones, IP cams, and smartphones. Able to configure Cisco and HP Switches, Routers and wireless networks Support LAN/WAN networks and Internet services. Ensure network connectivity LAN/WAN infrastructure is available any time. Maintain network servers and storage such as Domains servers, ERP server, Antivirus server, file servers, VPN gateways and SAN storage. Manage Storage data backups / disaster recovery operations. Assign routing protocols and switching configuration. Install and configure Virtual servers such as Hyper -V or VMware ESXi. Install, configure and backup SQL databases. Assign configuration of authentication and authorization of directory services. Troubleshoot problems reported by users Monitor network infrastructure to ensure security and availability to specific users.
Qualifications Advanced knowledge of Networking "Switching and Routing". Advanced knowledge of Microsoft infrastructure solutions and services such as "Windows Server 2008/2012, Active directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, Rights Management Services, Windows Clustering, Hyper –V, Exchange 2010/2013, Lync 2010/2013 and SharePoint 2010/2013.
