•Manages the IT Department connected to all other departments. •Responsible for information systems from business side view. •Guide people in company to apply their business cycles on ERP system. •Manage the information system team including network, applications and user support. •Responsible for the project management (ERP ). •Managing all organization technologies, providing technology support and training. •Analyzing systems and processes, maintaining workstations and networks •Defining, updating, and implementing IT strategy. •Managing the IT department across the company and supervising the IT staff with different levels. •Manage the IT budgets and expenditure on hardware and software. •Administrating the Servers •Develop and implement policies and procedures. •Responsible for following up (ERP system) •Strengthening the IT infrastructure through to implementing new technologies. •Lead on and develop the system recovery processes to minimize the risk and impact of a serious disaster and threats to continuity including management of the appropriate back up regime •To be responsible and accountable for the budget planning and submission •Create documentation and train users on supported applications •Provide support for after-hours activities such as upgrades and implementation that may occur on weekends, evenings or holidays •Develop reports required by other departments. •Ensure all the Database administration activities are done properly •Manage a team of systems , Data base and network administrators
Qualifications •University Degree in a related subject Computer Science or information system. •Very good experience in business applications and ERP systems. •Project management skills - PMP preferred •Strong open source knowledge. •Network experience is a plus. •Programming experience is a plus Strong business cycle knowledge.
