1. PM Engineer (Performance Monitoring Team Member) shall do performance monitoring for the whole Network and do the first level troubleshooting within scope of contract and secure that all the alarms are properly handled whilst ensuring customer satisfaction. 2. Monitor the Core & Access network KPI’s and analyze them in case of any degradation or abnormality is found 3. Making basic troubleshooting in order to solve the problem (as long as it is in team scope). 4. Pre-agreed process of escalation in case the detected problem is not solved 5. Sending hourly reports to the customer with Any Degradation in KPI. 6. Event’s handling: Monitoring the network KPIs in event’s times (e.g. Eid event, Holidays, weekends and etc.) 7. Responsible for get Worst 2G & 3G Worst Cells With First Analysis and Contact other Department ( BO, FO, & RF) to Clear these cells. 8. Responsible for Detecting Sleeping Node twice per Day to Maintain Network Traffic Trend in its normal trend without Any Traffic Loss. 9. Provide Daily Report for Whole Network KPI Core & Access including main KPI and Traffic Trend. 10. Responsible for Monitoring list of VIP Sites (VIP Areas & VIP Persons) every two Hours with Full Analysis and Escalate any Degradation to BO or RF Team. 11. Prepare Benchmark Report after all Major Action Implemented on the network. 12. Prepare Benchmark report after Major Event (e.g. EID Event)
Qualifications -Have a good Knowledge in Managing service field and a background for mobile network alarms troubleshooting. Good knowledge for 2G/3G/TX Network architecture. -Alarm classification and priority. -Alarm Compress and correlation. -Alarms troubleshooting procedures. Team work, Coordination, Organization, Planning, Time Management, Reporting Skills, ability to self study.
