| Job Description | Job Summary Working alongside with Oncology Business Unit Head, Head of Finance will not be only exceptional Finance expert but also commercially aware, advising on the best growth path of the business. The individual will be a critical member of the Oncology Business Unit leadership team – helping to guide strategy, direct resource allocation and implement actions that help the Unit to deliver its commercial and strategic objectives. The role of Finance Head has overall control and responsibility of all financial aspects of Oncology Business Unit and is expected to analyze figures and implement recommendations with most profitable outcome. The role will be leading monthly estimates, monthly closing signoff, monthly rolling forecasts, annual budget and 5 year Strat-Plan. Major Accountabilities •Contribute to the development of the Oncology Business Unit strategy across all areas of business, challenging assumptions and decision making and providing financial analysis and guidance on all activities, plans, targets and business drivers •Steer strategic planning and business analysis of Oncology Business Unit •Define business growth strategies, verify tactical plans and support implementation of strategic initiatives. •Manage financial and operational planning agenda through annual budget and rolling forecasts (monthly Latest outlooks) •Establish cross functional partnership to quantify risks & opportunities agenda and provide financial modelling to evaluate investment/funding decisions •Establish and monitor Oncology Business Unit SLAs and promotional outsourcing agreements and ensure financials are robust and complaint supporting current activities and future growth through partnership with other divisions and Finance Service center •Reporting and analyzing monthly KPIs to Country and Cluster top management •Direct Strategic plan through developing assumptions based on corporate and brand strategies, projecting market landscape, and modelling P&L revenues •Establish high level of credibility and manage strong working relationships with external parties including advisors and auditors •Responsible for managing financial controls and compliance; and promoting integrity mindset within the Oncology Business Unit |
| Minimum requirements | Education: Bachelor in Finance / Business Administration Desirable degrees: MBA, Chartered/Certified Accountant Experience: Accounting /Finance: 8-10 years of work experience including major accounting firms, operational Finance Head or CFO of small/mid-sized market preferred Languages: Fluent in English Arabic advantageous |
