Description Reporting Directly to the Senior IT Manager
Using object oriented programming languages, especially .NET.
Perform systems analysis and design work on problems of varied scope
Participate in the development and the maintenance of our applications, using Microsoft SQL Server and Windows / Web / Office / IVR User Interface.
Respond to IT help desk Tickets and requests
Make sure to follow the IT process and the COPC guidelines
Technical training sessions for the team and users if needed
Creating the needed reports ,documents and manuals as needed Requirements
Make sure to work as per ISO 27001 guidelines
Qualifications Strong Development knowledge Strong Business application life cycle MCDBA is a must MCSD is an advantage MS Dynamics Certificate an advantage BSC of engineering or computer science
