Available work location : ( Cairo - Mansoura - Doumyat - Sohag - Banisueif - ElMinya )
Responsibilities:
To manage and develop a team of sales Supervisors to achieve sales targets and increase market
share within a defined geographic region in Egypt. This role requires a strong understanding of
the Egyptian market, proven sales leadership skills, and a passion for building strong customer
relationships. The ideal candidate will be results-oriented, analytical, and possess excellent
communication and coaching abilities
Requirments:
* Experience 3 Year at least in the same position
*Must has FMCG background.
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Detail-oriented and organized.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).
* Fluent in Arabic and English (written and spoken).
