“Financial Manager” is required in a Multinational company Maritime Transportation company
Work Location: Port Said
Key Responsibilities:
· Develop a deep understanding of the business to align financial strategies with organizational goals and support data-driven decision-making.
· Act as a trusted financial advisor to stakeholders, providing insights to influence critical business outcomes.
· Lead financial planning, including budgets, forecasts, and long-term plans, while analyzing revenue, costs, and profitability.
· Monitor financial performance, identify variances, and recommend actions to meet targets and improve results.
· Evaluate investment proposals, prepare financial models, and oversee project portfolios to drive timely approvals and execution.
· Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations, supporting audits and addressing related issues.
· Enhance financial processes by implementing best practices and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
· Build strong relationships with cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment and effective communication across the organization.
Job Requirements:
· Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Controlling (MBA/M.Sc./ACCA preferred) with IFRS expertise.
· Proficiency in English and a results-driven, continuous improvement mindset.
· 12+ years of finance experience in an international environment.
· Strong analytical, decision-making, and interpersonal skills.
