Job Description
- Coordinate daily fleet operations to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods.
- Monitor and track vehicle locations, routes, and schedules using fleet management systems.
- Take full responsibility for the movement department’s assets and vehicle handovers.
- Track fuel consumption, review mileage, and implement cost-saving measures.
- Coordinate daily routes for line drivers and monitor their performance and attendance.
- Schedule routine maintenance and ensure all vehicle licenses are up to date.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- 0-2 years of experience in fleet coordination, logistics, or transportation management.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple vehicles and routes.
- Excellent communication skills for effective coordination with drivers and internal teams.
- Proficiency in using fleet management software and Microsoft Office applications.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze data and prepare performance reports.
- Knowledge of vehicle maintenance schedules and regulatory compliance.
